 Dwight E. Gibiser is a litigation attorney with The Injury Firm seeking justice and fighting for those who have been wrongly injured due to the negligence of others. He primarily handles automobile collision and premises liability cases.

Dwight began his career as a Public Defender and has represented thousands of clients in cases ranging from misdemeanors to life felonies, zealously advocating against injustice and for the wrongly accused. After leaving the Public Defender’s office he continued his criminal defense career and participated in post-conviction work fighting against wrongful convictions and representing clients throughout the State and in Federal Court in both the trial and appellate courts. He has tried dozens of cases to verdict and was awarded the Broward Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers “ Double Hat Trick” award for obtaining 6 consecutive not guilty verdicts.

Prior to joining The Injury Firm, Dwight represented large insurance companies and gained valuable insight into the tactics and strategies utilized by defense firms and insurance companies that he now uses against the insurance companies to represent his clients and maximize their recovery. He has extensive experience in handling a wide range of personal injury matters through all phases of the case from pre-suit through trial.

Dwight obtained his undergraduate degree from Florida State University with a double major in Political Science and Psychology. After undergrad, he obtained his Law Degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2016. While at Nova Southeastern University, Mr. Gibiser was a member of the Mock Trial Team and a member of the International Law Students Association Law Journal. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and in U.S. District Courts in the Southern District of Florida.
