Andres Lovera is a Litigation Attorney at The Injury Firm representing clients injured by the negligence of others.  Andres works primarily with auto accidents, slip and falls, and defective products.

Prior to joining the injury firm, Andres worked at an Insurance Defense firm where he gained vast experience in auto accident defense, and first-party property disputes. During his time sent in insurance defense, Andres gained a unique perspective on insurance carriers’ litigation strategies and evaluations. Prior to working in insurance defense, Andres served as an Assistant Public Defender for the Broward Public Defender’s Office, Misdemeanor and Felony Division. During his time at the Broward Public Defender’s Office, Andres litigated numerous jury trials to verdict, and litigated numerous evidentiary motions and bench trials. Andres was also awarded “The Law Office of the Public Defender’s Triple Crown Award” for successfully attaining three (3) not guilty verdicts within a calendar year in 2023.  

Outside of practicing law, Andres enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, outdoor activities and golfing. He is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and is fluent in Spanish.
